Inspired by an ancient form of glaze practiced in Cambodian and Asian ceramics, Celadon Restaurant is rooted in both traditional and international flavors. True to its name, our ceramics are all customized for the hotel by Lo Yu Yu, a master ceramic artist who makes pieces from an ancient Angkorian kiln using celadon glaze – serving as symbolic vessels to encapsulate the distinct fine local and global cuisine we serve.
A Pool Bar just a few steps from the deck is on hand to provide cool quenchers, fresh fruit juices, smoothies, cocktails and spirits prepared on the spot as well as light snacks from the kitchen nearby.
